Processing Time

Our processing time is 1-5 business days. We are closed on national holidays.

 

Sales Tax

Purchases may be taxed based on your location and are calculated automatically upon checkout.

 

Shipping Overview

Orders are shipped daily based on when they were placed.

Products will be packaged and shipped in a small envelope to large-sized box depending on the size of your order.

If your order is a personalized gift, you have the option to include a personalized message inside the package at checkout – Free of charge!

To expedite the shipping process, please double-check your address before placing your order. Your order will be significantly delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please Contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address.

 

Shipping Time

USPS estimated shipping times are 2-8 business days. Shipping times may be subject to delays are not guaranteed.

Carriers

All packages are shipped via USPS from California.

 

Tracking

All packages will come with free tracking to monitor the status of your order. Please note that these tracking updates may be subject to delay.

 

Backorders (Out of Stock Items)

Some items that are Out of Stock can be “Backordered”, allowing you to place an order and have it shipped to you when it becomes available. Items on backorder will be shipped in the order of “first come first serve” basis. The time it takes for backorders to fulfill varies depending on the supplier but is often no more than 1 week. Feel free to Contact us for an estimate of the delivery time for a back-ordered item.

 

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We value your business and want our customers to be satisfied. We understand that sometimes things can happen. All returns, refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Refunds

Your order may be refunded if the product arrives in a damaged condition.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of package delivery. A refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be given once the item(s) are returned in their original condition and in proper packaging back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on products as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping and return costs. All sales are final on customized products and discounted products.

 

Warranty

We offer a LIMITED WARRANTY on all our products.
We want you to buy with confidence and be satisfied with your purchase. Should your item break (and was not subject to misuse) within 1 year of purchase, please contact us to start a claim. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If warranted, we will remake the item and ship it to you. A photo of the item will be needed for our records.

 

Custom Items

All sales are final on Custom/Personalized items, e.g. items with your name on them. An exception may be made if these items arrive damaged.
